To make an appointment or discuss if acupuncture is for you, please phone my mobile at 07866 844 016. If there is no answer, please leave a message including your name, phone number and the best time to reach you. I try to reply to all calls by the evening on the day you call although rarely I will be unable to reply for 48 hours.


Clinic Hours and Location
I work from the following clinics at the times described.

Thursdays from 9AM until 7PM
Cupar Osteopaths and Integrated Health Clinic at 52 Bonnygate in Cupar. The postcode is KY15 4LD and the phone number for further directions is 01334 659 102.

Tuesdays from 9AM until 1PM and Fridays from 9AM until 7PM

Weekends
Weekend appointments are occasionally made available in the Cupar clinic.


Fees
The first appointment is two hours long and is £65. The next appointments are up to one hour long and are £45 each. The number of treatments needed is patient and ailment specific. Generally, patients start to feel some benefit by four to six treatments at the latest.

Directions to the Croftwell Consulting Clinic outside of St Andrews:
From St Andrews take the A917 out of town, which is the coastal road to Kingsbarns and Crail. At the top of the first hill take the B9131, which is the Anstruther road. Brownhills Garage marks this junction. Head south on the B9131, passing Balmungo Farm on your right. Stay on the main road and Croftwell is the next house on your right, a few hundred metres later. It is set back from the road a bit and the driveway entrance is slightly south of the house.

If you are approaching Croftwell from the opposite direction, i.e. heading from Anstruther then look out for the Old Station Guest House (just before the humpback bridge at Stravithie) Ignore the road sign (Prior Muir) on your left immediately after the bridge because we aren’t up that track. Go past the cottage that appears next and slow down as our driveway soon appears on your left.
